Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days).
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.  

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
NICOLAS COLLECTION is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages due to address errors
  • Additional shipping fees required to resend returned packages 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We want every customer to receive their order safely.

  • If your package is delayed, please allow extra time during peak seasons.
  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot find it, check with your carrier or neighbors first.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
